Frequently Asked Questions
Where is Casey’s Macaron Shop located?
We are a locally-owned small business operating in Greenville, South Carolina. Currently, we operate out of Imagine Kitchen in Greer. All macarons are prepped, baked, and assembled here.
How do I place an order?
Orders of standard seasonal flavors with no customizations can be placed through the Contact form on our website. Large orders or customizations may require a consultation after the initial Contact form is submitted.
Can I order just one macaron?
As we are a small-batch operation, we have a minimum order of one dozen macarons, and a minimum of one dozen per flavor. This keeps costs low for us and you. Plus, we promise if you only ordered one, you’d wish you had more!
Can I customize my order?
Yes! We understand you may be ordering for an event with a certain color scheme, or you may have preferred decorations or fillings. Please reach out to us through the Contact form, and we can discuss customizations.
What is your pricing?
Standard-flavor macarons are priced at $38 per dozen. Customizations, including colors, decorations, or flavors, are available at additional cost. Large orders of 100+ macarons (think: weddings, showers, etc.) are eligible for reduced pricing per dozen.
Do you deliver or ship macarons?
Currently, we do not ship macarons. Delivery is available depending on your location for an additional fee. Pickup is our preferred method, and is available at Imagine Kitchen (420 The Parkway, Greer, SC 29650). You can schedule your pickup time after placing your order.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
For small orders (three dozen or less), we ask for a week’s notice to fulfill your order. For larger orders, please reach out to us using the Contact form. Timing will depend on kitchen availability and the size of your order.
How long do macarons last?
If there’s a crowd, not long! We recommend storing macarons in the refrigerator. They will remain fresh for five to seven days. Macarons can be left at room temperature, but this will affect their freshness. They can also be stored in the freezer in an airtight container for up to one month.
Why are macarons so special?
If you’ve ever watched The Great British Bake Off, you know macarons can be a tricky thing to master. These delicate cookies require precision, expertise, and even perfect weather! After baking and assembly, macarons take a full twenty-four hours to mature or “bloom” in the refrigerator. This process is what transforms them into the perfect crispy, chewy French cookie!
